The Arkansas Capital Commerce Center is a seven-story $11.5 million mixed-use residential, office, and hotel complex at Commerce and Third streets in the historic River Market District of Little Rock.

The 86,500-square foot Capital Commerce Center includes sixteen condominiums, an Arvest Bank branch, hotel, and parking garage. A major tenant is development firm Arkansas Capital Corporation. The seven-story building was designed by Rick Redden of AMR Architects, constructed by East Harding Construction, and dedicated in July 2002. The building has two famous residents: Ted Danson and Mary Steenbergen.

The center also houses the offices of Moses Tucker Real Estate, which owns and operates the building. Developer Jimmy Moses said in 2002 that he hoped the center would "encourage other mixed-use developments to occur. Maybe it can be a pattern for how future downtown development takes shape."
