Anne Carter

Anne Carter is development director of the Catholic High School Foundation in Little Rock. She is former Director of Development and Marketing at the Arkansas Museum of Discovery, Development Writer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and Projects Director for the Baptist Health Foundation.

Carter is a 1989 graduate of Central High School and a Little Rock native. She received bachelor's degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has worked in the Washington, DC, offices of both U.S. Senator Dale Bumpers and President Bill Clinton.
