Albert L. Fletcher

Albert L. Fletcher was bishop of the Diocese of Little Rock in the mid-1950s. In reaction to the Brown v. Board of Education decision of 1954, Bishop Fletcher decided to desegregate some of the private Catholic schools in the state of Arkansas.
