Adkins Building

The Adkins Building is located at 115 East Capitol Avenue in Little Rock. It is also known as the George R. Mann Building for the architect who designed the structure. The Adkins Building is built in the Beaux Arts style of brick, concrete, and terra cotta. The building was erected in 1906 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
