A. M. 'Sandy' Keith (1924-2008) was mayor of Little Rock in 1979. From 1970 to 1982 Keith served three terms as a Little Rock city director.

Keith is a 1941 graduate of Little Rock's Catholic High School. He received a degree in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1947, and served as a lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve. He served as president of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants in 1962. In the late 1960s he formed the accounting firm of Keith, Allen, and Associates.
