Lance Grahn

Lance R. Grahn has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Central Arkansas since the summer of 2008. Grahn is a past associate professor and chair of the Department of History at Marquette University. He began teaching at Marquette in 1989 and became chair in 1999. From 2004 to 2008 he served as dean of the College of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Grahn's academic training is in the area of Latin American history. Grahn has been a visiting lecturer in Brazil, a research fellow at Calvin College in Michigan, and has held faculty appointments at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Radford University in Virginia.
