Jim Roberts Neighborhood Park

The Jim Roberts Neighborhood Park is located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The park was known until September 7, 2008, as Vestal Park. The park is bounded by West Fifteen and West Thirteenth streets on the north and south sides respectively, and Crutcher and Frank streets on the west and east.
