Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals (CARE) was founded by Cammack Village mayor Harry Alan Light in 1998. The organization has sterilized 7,700 animals and rescued 2,200 cats and dogs in ten years from 1998 and 2008.
