I. F. Anderson Farms is the top baitfish producer in the United States and a pioneer in baitfish production. The farm was established in 1949 by Ima Fay Anderson and William Lee Anderson near Lonoke, Arkansas. The company is currently managed by James Neal Anderson and Jamie Anderson. Anderson Farms covers 3,500 acres of fish ponds and an 11,000 square foot hatchery. The farms hatches 1.3 billion golden-shiner eggs each year for use in recreational fishing.
