Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church is a 1920s Gothic-style church in the Quapaw Quarter of downtown Little Rock. The congregation is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. The church is located at 1601 South Louisiana Street.

The church's former pastor is the Reverend Betsy Singleton.
