The Frank Lyon Company was a holding company established by Little Rock businessman Frank Lyon in 1942. The Frank Lyon Distributing Company at one time or another represented Bryant, Jenn-Air, RCA, and Whirlpool.

In 1952 the company was awarded a franchise of RCA appliances sold in Arkansas. It later received RCA and Whirlpool appliance distributorship rights for ninety percent of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas. Between the early 1970s and 1989 every RCA television sold in Wal-Marts across the nation was distributed by the company.
