The YWCA had two segregated affiliate clubs in the city of Little Rock. The whites-only downtown YWCA was located at 120 East Fourth Street beginning in 1941, before becoming office space for the Rose Law Firm. The blacks-only Phyllis Wheatley YWCA was just off Ninth Street in the African-American business district of the city. The address of the Phyllis Wheatley club was 924 South Gaines Street.

The YWCA today operates the Bess Chisum Stephens YWCA at 1200 South Cleveland Street.
