The Democrat Printing and Lithograph Building at 114-122 East Second Street in the Little Rock River Market District was designed by Sanders & Ginochhio and constructed in 1924.
The 82,000 square-foot building is now part of Block 2 Lofts. The building houses thirty-two apartments and the Arkansas Business Publishing Group.
