Peoples National Bank

Peoples National Bank occupied frontage at 124 Main Street in 1952.
This institution was originally called Peoples Savings Bank, and specialized in small accounts. One of the great innovations of the bank was the Christmas savings account, which allowed people to accumulate savings for the winter holidays. The president of the bank was Warren E. Lenon.
