Vanadis3 Investment Group is developer of the $17.4 million Block 2 Lofts out of the old Wallace Building, Democrat Printing and Lithograph Building, and Beal-Burrow Dry Goods Building in Little Rock's River Market District. The group also restored the Kramer Elementary School in the MacArthur Park Historic District. Vanadis3 is led by partners Todd Rice and Paul Esterer.
