The Clinton Library Great Hall and Terrace is located on the south end of the Clinton Library. The Great Hall can seat up to 220 people for banquets or 400 for concert performances.

The 2005-2006 Arkansas Symphony Orchestra's chamber music series took place in the Great Hall. The five Tuesday "River Rhapsodies" concerns featured the Quapaw Quartet, the Rockefeller Quartet, and the Sturgis Quartet.
