Chelsea Victoria Clinton is the only child of President Bill Clinton and U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton. Chelsea Clinton was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1980. She is named after the Joni Mitchell song "Chelsea Morning."
Clinton attended Forest Park Elementary School, Booker Arts and Science Magnet Elementary School, and Horace Mann Junior High School in Little Rock.
