The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center is a replica building started in May 2006 at the corner of Ninth and Broadway streets in Little Rock. The original building burned to the ground during renovation activity in 2005. Reconstruction of the historic structure, expected to cost $7 million, is being funded by the Department of Arkansas Heritage. The building will house a museum of Little Rock's black history and culture.
