Bill Clinton's bulletproofed 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood limousine is located near the large circular reception desk and the escalator to the main and upper level exhibition spaces of the Clinton Library. The limousine is one of only three produced by General Motors employees at the Warren, Michigan, plant. The three cars required almost three years to build, and incorporated special "protection systems" designed by the Secret Service.
