The Counter Clinton Museum or Counter Clinton Library is a website dedicated to challenging the presidential record of Bill Clinton. The site, funded by the nonprofit organization Counterlibe Inc., was founded by Houston business leader Richard Erickson. Erickson and Counterlibe hoped to construct two museums -- one in Little Rock and another in Washington, DC.

Erickson in 2004 said that he "strongly believed that it [the Clinton Library] would not be a legitimate presidential center and library as such; that it would be more of a propaganda machine designed to get the Clintons back in the White House in 2008."

The temporary physical structure housing the Counter Clinton Library in Little Rock closed in August 2005.
