More than 150,000 pounds of Pilkington glass panels were used in the construction of the Clinton Presidential Library. Both sides of the custom panels are tinted with dot patterns. The exterior side is tinted white to reflect heat, and the interior side is tinted black to protect the interior from damaging ultraviolet rays.
