Lake Maumelle is a freshwater reservoir twelve miles northwest of Little Rock, Arkansas, that serves as the primary water supply for the city.

Lake Maumelle covers fourteen square miles and has seventy miles of shoreline. The reservoir is used for sailing and fishing. Because it is also a drinking water supply, no swimming is permitted. The reservoir is managed by Central Arkansas Water.
