Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company

Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company is a title company serving Pulaski, Saline, Garland, and Lonoke, and Faulkner counties. The firm is headquartered at 100 Center Street in Little Rock. The company has offices at 5505 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in North Little Rock and 106 South Fourth Street in Cabot.
Beach Abstract was founded by A. D. Beach, a New York civil engineer who moved to the state for reasons of health after falling ill while surveying the Panama Canal route. He took over the job of J. Fairfax Houghborough and founded Beach Abstract in May 1877.
