Best Park

Best Park LLC is a commercial parking lot operator in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee. The company manages more than 10,000 parking spaces in eighty-three lots in the two cities. Best Park is owned by Little Rock native Jeff Duncan. The company headquarters is located at the intersection of Sixth and Center streets.

Best Park was established in 2004 from the assets of Central Parking. Central Parking was formed from the assets of Allright Parking in 1999, which in turn had emerged from National Garages in 1977. Jeff Duncan worked for all three of these earlier parking companies, working his way up from a position as valet. In 2009 Best Park purchased the Little Rock assets of Ampco System Parking, which included 1,211 parking spaces.
