Baldwin & Shell Construction Company has offices in Little Rock, Jonesboro, and Rogers, Arkansas. The firm, originally known as the Baldwin Company, was founded in 1946 by Werner C. Knoop, Olen A. Cates, and P. W. Baldwin. Robert J. Shell joined the company in 1950.
The company has constructed more than two hundred churches and two hundred medical buildings.
