EMOBA is a nonprofit museum of black Arkansas history and performing arts center located at the corner of 12th and Louisiana streets in the Quapaw Quarter of Little Rock. The mission of EMOBA is to "showcase past generations of black Arkansans with the hope that those contributions will serve as an inspirational instrument in keeping the heritage alive to promote pride and unity in all communities throughout Arkansas." EMOBA houses a Black Hall of Fame and a gift shop.
EMOBA was created in March 1993, and purchased the historic First Baptist Church in September 1993. The founder and director of EMOBA is Ernie Dodson.
