Maria Luisa M. Haley

Maria Luisa Mabilangan Haley (d. 2011) was executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission in Little Rock, Arkansas. Before joining the AEDC in 2007, Haley had been senior director of Kissinger McLarty Associates. She is past board member of the Export Import Bank of the United States.
