The thirty-story Regions Center at 400 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock was the tallest office tower in Arkansas from July 1975 until 1986, when it was surpassed in height by the Capitol Tower Building. The building was originally named the First National Building.

The bank building is located at the corner of Broadway and Capitol Avenue in downtown Little Rock. The site was previously occupied by the Temple B'nai Israel.
