Capital City Business College was once located at 800 Louisiana Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. The for-profit institution, which did not offer degrees, moved in 1981 to 7723 Asher Avenue before declaring bankruptcy in 1990. The school closed its doors permanently in 1994 after being denied access to federal student loan funds under Title IV.

Capital City Business College opened in 1927 above the Central Cafe at the intersection of Third and Center streets in downtown Little Rock.
