The Little Rock River Rail comprises three separate trolley lines connecting the major tourist destinations in the Little Rock River Market District of Little Rock, Arkansas to the Argenta neighborhood of North Little Rock, downtown hotels, and the Clinton Presidential Center. The construction costs of the trolley lines were approximately $20 million.
