Warren Stephens is an investment banker and CEO of the private Stephens Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas. Stephens is nephew of the founder of the company, W.R. Witt Stephens. He became CEO in 1986.

Stephens owns the Alotian Club golf course in western Little Rock.
