Emmanuel Baptist Church is located at 3323 West 12th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. The church is located in a Classical Revival structure designed by architect Charles L. Thompson and constructed in 1925. The church building was formerly occupied by the Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church.
