Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas, or BACA (not to be confused with the older Bikers Against Child Abuse), is an organization based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The group works for the rights of bicyclists and also promotes cyclist and biking education in the state. According to the group's website, the goals of the organization are: "To serve as an advocacy organization organized to promote and encourage the use of the bicycle and other alternative bicycle compatible means of recreation and transportation," "To encourage the development and utilization of facilities for bicycling and other bicycle compatible recreational and transportation uses," "To provide information in the interest of bicycle safety," "To espouse and uphold the rights of bicyclists and other users of alternative means of bicycle compatible recreation and transportation."
