The Celebrity Sidewalk on Main Street between Markham and Third streets in downtown Little Rock was the brainchild of Tom Steves. The sidewalk -- which includes autograph impressions left by Sidney Moncrief, George H.W. Bush, Daisy Bates, and others -- was established by Little Rock Unlimited Progress in 1979.
