The Gans Building is an appaloosa gray building with brown brick façade located at 217 West Second Street in Little Rock.
The Gans Building was the first urban structure refurbished by AMR Architects in the early 1980s. The project received financial assistance from the Metrocentre Improvement District. The building contains 12,657 square feet of space.
