The Richard Sheppard Arnold United States Courthouse Annex is a 250,000 square foot, twelve courtroom building with a five-story atrium located at 600 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock.
The architect of the U.S. Courthouse Annex was Witsell Evans Rasco (WER). The project was completed jointly with RTKL Associates. Said WER principal John Greer of the annex, "The new courthouse design embodies the power and stature of the federal judiciary. It clearly reveals the place of entry while stepping back and paying respect to the original 1930s classical structure that it connects to."
