816 Midland Street is the address of the house occupied by Bill and Hillary Clinton between 1981 and 1983. Bill Clinton was between terms as governor of the state, having been defeated by Frank D. White in November 1980. The Clintons regained the governorship, and the Governor's Mansion in 1984.
