Phillip Hal McMath (1945- ) is an attorney and writer residing in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is the author of three novels: Native Ground (1984), Arrival Point, and Lost Kingdoms.
McMath is in the Arkansas Writers' Hall of Fame.
McMath was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on December 25, 1945. His father is past Arkansas governor Sid McMath. He is a graduate of Hall High School. McMath served as a Marine first lieutenant tank commander in the Vietnam War.
