Broadmoor Shopping Center is located at 3000 South University Avenue across the street from UALR in Little Rock. The shopping center was developed by Elbert L. Fausett on land once owned by prominent businessman Raymond Rebsamen. Rebsamen owned a hunting lodge on the property.
David Ensminger is past owner of the Broadmoor Shopping Center. The current owner is William Kennedy III of BSC Acquisition Company. The shopping center is managed by Irwin Partners.
