Fennell Purifoy Hammock Architects is a design firm founded in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1986. the firm was originally known as Rousseau Fennell Associates. Principals in the firm are Tom Fennell, Phil Purifoy, and Randy Hammock.

The firm designed the Arkansas Public Transit Safety and Resource Center in North Little Rock, and developed the restoration plans for the Kramer School Artist's Cooperative near MacArthur Park in Little Rock. Fennell Purifoy Hammock Architects is also designer of the Argenta Square Apartments, Block 2 Lofts, the Dee Brown Public Library, the Pulaski County Administration Building, and Pulaski County Criminal Justice Building.
