Putting People First is the first of thirteen policy alcoves in the Clinton Library museum exhibits. The alcove documents the passage of the Family & Medical Leave Act, health care reform efforts, the State Children's Health Insurance Program, child support enforcement, and Clinton's pledge to "end welfare as we know it."
