The D & D Café at 406 Main Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, was famous for its chili spaghetti, Frito chili pie, chili dogs with cheese, and breakfast burritos.

The restaurant was owned by Gus Artemakis, a Greek immigrant who was killed by a dishwasher in 2002. Gus sold the D & D cafe, opened the River Rock Cafe in the Albert Pike Hotel, and later repurchased the D & D. The cafe opened in 1986 and closed in 2003 after receiving several fire code violation warnings.
