Broadmoor is a neighborhood in the central part of Little Rock, Arkansas. The neighborhood, established in 1954, lies to the west of South University Avenue (formerly Hayes Street). Some of the land now in the neighborhood was carved from property owned by insurance executive Raymond Rebsamen and occupied by his log cabin-style hunting lodge. The lodge is now the clubhouse for the Broadmoor Property Owners Association. A lake owned by Rebsamen is now called Broadmoor Lake.

Broadmoor is noteworthy for being the first neighborhood of the city of Little Rock whose houses had built-in air conditioning. The air conditioning worked by evaporative coolers, which meant that each backyard had a small water tower. The developer of the neighborhood was Elbert L. Fausett.
