Elbert Lion Fausett was a real estate developer in Little Rock. Fausett is known as a major developer in the Midtown area of the city. He developed the Broadmoor neighborhood and the Broadmoor Shopping Center in the mid-1950s. He was also owner of the Fausett Building at the corner of Markham and University, and the Park Arms Apartments on Markham Avenue near UAMS.
Fausett was a member of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Arkansas.
