Bob Joblin is a development consultant on sustainable practices and renewable energy.
Joblin was executive director of Little Rock Unlimited Progress in the 1970s. He is 1979 chapter president of the Public Relations Society of America. Joblin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a former adjunct professor at Philander Smith College.
