Sherece Y. West is president and chief executive officer of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas. She assumed these offices from Sybil J. Hampton in May 2007.

West is a community development, public policy, and disaster recovery expert. She received her bachelor's degree from Bowie State University, her master's in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, and her Ph.D. degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County.
