John Gould Fletcher was a Democratic Reconstruction-era mayor of Little Rock, serving from 1875 to 1881.
Fletcher was the first president of Little Rock's German National Bank, founded in 1873, and president of Arkansas Fire Insurance Company of Little Rock.
