Richard B. Dixon was a professor of history at UALR. Dixon has also served as president of the Pulaski County Historical Society.
Dixon is a 1970 recipient of the UALR Distinguished Alumnus Award, and an active member of the UALR Heritage Society. Dixon graduated from UALR in 1948.
