Argenta Place is a mixed-use condominium development in downtown North Little Rock. The building includes seven condos, Cregeen's Irish Pub, and the soon to open Argenta Market. The Starving Artist Cafe has also announced that it will relocate to Argenta Place this summer.
Argenta Place is a project of the New Argenta Fund led by John Gaudin. The condominium building topping out ceremony took place on May 29, 2007, and was completed in the fall of 2007.
