The Counter Clinton Museum or Counter Clinton Library is a website dedicated to challenging the presidential record of Bill Clinton. The site, funded by the nonprofit organization Counterlibe Inc., was founded by Houston businessman Richard Erickson. Erickson and Counterlibe hoped to construct two museums -- one in Little Rock and another in Washington, DC.

The temporary physical structure housing the Counter Clinton Library in Little Rock closed in August 2005.
